Film transfer sizer is the key equipment for paper, cardboard sizing and lightweight coating, it is a electromechanical high-tech product which we made for paper surface sizing or pre-coating by using the introduced pre-metering technology. By means of pre-measuring the color on the applicator roll, it can accurately transfer the certain amount of color to the paper sheet. This type of sizer can not only adjust the surface film thickness on the applicator roll, maintain uniformity and the liner pressure between rolls, but significantly reduce the moisture load and heat consumption, thus greatly improve the paper quality to the first grade.

Up to now, SLMC has successfully provided film transfer equipment for over 50 domestic and foreign paper enterprises such as Zhejiang Yongtai Paper Co., Shandong Chenming Paper Co., and Yue Paper group Yuanjiang Paper Co., among which the 6100mm/1200m film transfer sizing machine manufactured for Shandong Quanlin Paper Co., in 2015 has make the highest record of width and speed of domestic film transfer equipment. This 3520/1000 fime transfer sizer signed with Shandong Sun is mainly used for producing common film base paper or offset paper, and the equipment will be delivered by the end of this year.
