SLMC signed a contract of two calenders in Hunan successfully

Through the implementation of special national debt, SLMC independently developed the swimming roll and crown controlled soft/hard calender, localization of main components of thermo roll, crown controlled roll shell, pressure regulating system, hydraulic, oil control system and program control system, etc. based on the introduction of high technology and soft nip technology from Finland VALMET. The max. web width 6000mm, the max. speed 1500m/min, the roller surface temperature up to 200 ℃, line pressure 20-300KN/M, has supplied more than 50 sets of single/double nip swimming roll/crown controlled hard/soft calender to Shandong Honghe Zoucheng Paper, Henan Shangqiu Xinrong Paper, and more than 10 sets of calenders to Jiangmen ABT and Inner Mongolia Nine Dragon Xingan Pulp Paper, etc. All the indicators fully meet the design requirements.

This PO is two single nip crown controlled soft calender, the equipment will be delivered in March next year.
