The original coating machine production line is two times air knife coating, main production is NCR. Due to the limited function of air knife coater, it’s unable to meet the market requirements of multifunctional coated paper. SLMC used combi blade coater to instead of air knife. We just spent 7 days to finish the installation and optimization after the device arrived on-site. The application results show that the new coater improves the adaptability of the paper greatly. The coating control precision is high and the CD coating weight error is small. It is fully meet the production requirements of various functions coated paper, has been praised by the customer highly.
