Recently, the 3520/1000 film transfer sizing machine which we customized for Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co., Ltd. had been successfully delivered and run smoothly in one time. Sun paper Co., LTD is a large listed enterprise with A share holding, which has been in the forefront of the domestic papermaking industry over the years and firmly occupies the position of the first group army of papermaking in China, and is also one of the top 50 papermaking enterprises in the world.

      This film transfer sizer is of a comparatively large-width and high-speed project which we undertaken last year. Its design speed is 1000m/min, secondary only to the highest speed in previous years, namely Quanlin 6100/1200 film transfer project.

       This line plans to produce offset paper or film base paper, and sizing is a crucial part. The customer had seen this and make strict requirements on equipment quality, anyhow the delivery time is urgent and the task is arduous and full of challenge. As for this is a reform project, the customer is very strict about the downtime. So everybody lose no time, and finally we successfully completed the dismantling of the old machine, installing and debugging of the new machine within one week, and also increased the speed to the production speed of 880m/min within a short time. At present, the equipment is running well and the paper product quality is excellent, achieved the satisfaction of the customer.
