On October 11th to 13, 2017, SLMC chief engineer Mr. Zhang Xiaolei made technical training of coating machine, film sizer, calender products in the Indian office of Czech Papcel for 12 sales and technical personnel. The two sides reached a consensus: all device that made by SLMC in the India market, the customer service is responsible for Papcel company. It means the implementation of the cooperation agreement has taken an important step.

The strategic cooperation agreement is carried out in three stages. The first stage is SLMC trains Papcel Indian sales and customer service personnel, then Papcel uses their worldwide sales network to promote SLMC products in the international market especially in Eastern Europe, Russia and India; The second stage is that the two sides will explore the possibility of deep cooperation between equity participation and merger; The last stage is Papcel will built SLMC as the main production base in China if deep cooperation successfully.
